Here are a few things that you need to check to fix this problem:
- You need to have a name on your account
- Your PGL settings should be "Nobody" or "Game Friends"
- In your Play! Pokemon settings, you need to have a player ID automatically added to your account
- And accept Play! Pokemon Terms of Use
After that, the problem should be fixed.
