If you are a new Pokemon Global Link user and have just made your account, you probably have encountered this error:

"Your member information is currently being processed. Please come back later. 
If this message continues to appear after a few hours, please contact customer service."



Here are a few things that you need to check to fix this problem:

  • You need to have a name on your account
  • Your PGL settings should be "Nobody" or "Game Friends"
  • In your Play! Pokemon settings, you need to have a player ID automatically added to your account
    • And accept Play! Pokemon Terms of Use


After that, the problem should be fixed.
